Unit, mount, drain, and electricals are visually checked and photographed before any work starts.

Pressure, electricals, coils, and gas levels are measured. You see a written quote before we begin.
Service & re-test
Clean, repair, or refill — then run all modes, photograph the result, and confirm cooling on site.

How quickly can I get a technician?
Most bookings made by 6 PM get a same-day or next-morning slot. AMC customers on the Premium plan get a 4-hour response, and on Comprehensive 2 hours.
Do I need an AMC, or can I just book one service?
You can book a single service any time — the ₹399 Health Check or a ₹499 General Service is the easiest place to start. Most homes move to an AMC after one job because it works out cheaper.
Is the price final, or are there extras at the end?
The price you see is for the service itself. If your AC needs gas, a part, or a repair, the technician shows you the issue and quotes it before doing anything. You always approve in writing.
Are your technicians background-verified?
Yes. Every VennAIR technician — partner or in-house — is interviewed, ID-verified, and trained on our SOP before being assigned to homes. They arrive in uniform with a photo ID.
What if something breaks soon after a service?
If our service was the cause, we re-visit free and either fix it on the spot or refund the service charge. AMC customers get an additional unconditional re-visit during the contract year.
Can you handle multiple ACs at one home?
Absolutely. The AMC is priced per AC — if you have 3 ACs, you can put them on the same plan, and we schedule them on a single visit.
